Your role
As Senior Manager M&A, you will be responsible for complex buy-side and sell-side transactions for medium-sized companies. You will manage the entire M&A process from preparation and negotiation to closing and will be the main point of contact for entrepreneurs, investors, and advisors.Your tasks
- Independent management of M&A transactions (sell-side & buy-side)
- Structuring and conducting company valuations
- Creation of information memoranda, teasers and management presentations
- Coordination of due diligence processes
- Conducting contract and purchase price negotiations
- Communication with buyers, sellers, lawyers and tax advisors
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or Investment Banking
- Solid knowledge of business valuation and financial modeling
- Experience in managing complex transaction processes
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- High communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficient use of MS Excel, PowerPoint and common M&A tools
